Support Specialist
The Support Specialist’s role is to accomplish and complete Veteran/Family support through phone, email, or any other methods of communication with our clients. Tasks include data input and issue resolution. Issue resolution is considered the primary task for the Support Specialist (SS) and includes specific steps such as In-Take of information, Coordination with Partners or Affiliates, Active Resolution, Tracking until Resolved, and Closing.
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a field that supports the specific duties related to this work (e.g., counseling, psychology, family support), or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google drive and programs.
