Volunteer will gain valuable experience navigating eClinicalWorks (eCW) and training on HIPAA policies (Patient Privacy). Responsibilities will be working with eCW to monitor patient HIPAA compliance, reporting on the status of patients, and following up with staff members on findings. This position will be under the supervision of the Community HealthCorps Members and located at Neighborhood Health 6677 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA 22305. Time requirement can be between 2-10 hour a week depending on volunteer availability and clinic needs. To qualify: you must be at least 18 years old or 16 years and older with a parent signature, agree to a background check, comply to all HIPPA regulation, and be willing to learn and work towards a common goal.
