The Workhouse Arts Center needs volunteers for our Annual Fireworks event on Saturday, June 27. Your support will be crucial for tasks like guiding attendees, assisting with parking, administering mini golf, staffing info booths, wayfinding, setting up, tearing down, and supporting vendor booths.
Volunteers will be outside for the majority of the event with lots of standing and walking. Volunteers are required to be 16 years of age or must volunteer with a parent/guardian if 14/15.
We will provide food and refreshments during the event - and everyone who stays till the end will get to watch the fireworks!
Shifts are:
12-5PM (I'm happy to help with set-up but will need to leave before campus gets too crowded.)
1-9PM (I'd like to leave before the fireworks start going off.)
1-10:30PM (I'll stay thru the fireworks show and will help with clean-up)
Due to the crowded nature of the event, we cannot have volunteers coming after 1PM or leaving during peak admission time.
