PWCA will be welcoming Delegate Elizabeth Guzman for a community conversation around her House Bill 585, the new laws passed by Virginia’s 2020 General Assembly.
This legislation provides localities who meet a certain population threshold, such as Prince William, with strategies to implement transit-oriented development into the Comprehensive Plan. These strategies will help combat climate change at the local level.
Join us to learn more about how Prince William will be doing its part. Supervisor Kenny Boddye, Occoquan District, will be there to speak to how Prince William County seeks to use these strategies in the Comprehensive Plan.
