We have a very exciting program to offer you. Please join us October 8, 2020 at noon for a fantastic presentation by Katherine LaVallee. Katherine is the Supervisor of the Management and Government Information Center (MAGIC) at the Chinn Park Regional Library. She has been in MAGIC for over 5 years serving as an information specialist to the business community and County employees. She has over 15 years of experience working in the private sector in various corporate libraries. Katherine has a Master of Information and Library Science from Catholic University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law.
Katherine is going to share with us how we can utilize their resources to start and grow our Nonprofits, retrieve industry information, seek grant funding and access laws and regulations. The Prince William Public Library System is a network partner of Candid. They offer one-on-one training to find information on grant makers and classes and trainings for Nonprofits.
