Volunteers needed for 1 day event

On Parade Day - Report to the commuter lot at 8 am to set up tents , games, prizes.  Need persons to guard the 4 entrances to Family Fun Day.  Need people to walk the Parade route and pass our Souvenir books.  I must be a licensed driver.  A cleanup crew will work from 12 - 2 keeping the trash picked up and trash bags replaced. Instruct kids how to play games and give out prizes. Need someone to shadow the Chair and Co-Chair to be their extra hands and feet.  Tables, chairs and storage items must be packed up and loaded on back of the truck and return to the storage.  The commuter lot will be canvased and cleaned up for a final time before the Disposal Truck arrives at 3 pm.
