Description

Walk for Prince William will take place on Monday, May 27, 2013 (Memorial Day), and will feature Prince William County Supervisors Pete Candland (Gainesville) and Mike May (Occoquan) walking from Woodbridge to Haymarket -- a 30 mile trek to help raise money for non-profit organizations that make contributions to the quality of life in Prince William County every day.

 

What is the Walk for Prince William?
The Walk for Prince William is a fundraiser supporting Prince William County nonprofit organizations including Volunteers of America Chesapeake, Rise Up Prince William and Azalea Charities.


Who is Walking for Prince William?


County Supervisors Pete Candlad (R-Gainesville) and Mike May
(R-Occoquan) will chart a 30 mile route across Prince William County beginning at Volunteers of America Chesapeake’s Hilda M. Barg Homeless Prevention Center in Woodbridge, VA and ending at Haymarket Town Hall. The walk will take place on Memorial Day, Monday May 27, 2013
