The Fairfax 50+ Employment Expo is scheduled for May 11, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fair Oaks Marriott Hotel, 11787 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax. The day will feature dozens of recruiters from nonprofits, government agencies, health care, retail and tech. In addition, there will be workshops on resume writing and interviewing skills. The event is free and no registration is necessary. Go to www.accessjca.org/programs/senior-employment/. Jewish Council for the Aging, Fairfax County and AARP are sponsoring the event.
