If you want to Serve the Poor, but can't work it into your regular schedule, this could be the perfect opportunity!
The PANERA restaurant at Gainesville Gateway (corner Linton Hall/Wellington) very graciously provides us leftovers at day's end on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This humble task involves going to the Panera at 9:45pm on either of the days to gather the leftovers from the wonderful workers at Panera. Then, as early as 7:30 on Wednesday or Friday, drop them off at our Food Pantry.
