Volunteer Tree Planting at the K9 Gunner Dog Park Buffer

Please help us keep up the good work! We'll have about 50 trees and shrubs, plus more than 100 wildflowers to plant at the Minnieville Road buffer by the County Dog Park.

This planting day adds to the trees, shrubs, and wildflowers we planted last fall and spring, with the help of nearly 100 volunteers. It was the beginning of a new, improved buffer adjacent to K9 Gunner Dog Park.

We're creating a more scenic Minnieville Road, new wildlife habitat, and protecting drinking water resources with native plants... flowers, berries, and bark. We hope you can join us to help finish this important community project. All ages welcome. Bring a smile and a shovel (if available)! Lunch is provided.
