Greetings, Prince William! We're currently seeking new community partners throughout Manassas City, Manassas Park, and Prince William County to join us in supporting the Alternative Community Service Program! Community partner sites must be able to:
- Accept and oversee participants
- Complete required documentation (MOU and Site Survey)
- Track and report hours worked
- Provide a Letter of Completion once required hours are fulfilled

Join The Piedmont Environmental Councilin helping restore the land and water of Virginia's Piedmont. They're looking for volunteers to help grow and harvest produce for local food pantries. Most volunteer shifts are on weekdays due to the food pantry's pickup schedule. All ages are welcome; however, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Previous experience is welcome, but on-site training will be provided. Be prepared to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Interested in helping save local wildlife! Animal Education and Rescue Organization (AERO)is a nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for sick, injured, and orphaned native wildlife. Volunteers work alongside licensed wildlife rehabilitators to help restore these animals to health so they can eventually be released back into the wild. AERO has several volunteer opportunities, including hands-on animal care as well as behind-the-scenes support. Volunteers can support seniors in meaningful ways through programs like Meals on Wheels and Seniors Without Walls. Be the reason a senior feel connected, valued, and included. Join the last town cleanup for the year! Town of Dumfries needs volunteers to help keep Quantico Creek clean on October 17th from 9am until noon. As part of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay watershed, the creek is connected to a larger network of waterways, so keeping debris out helps protect the health of our entire watershed. Every animal deserves a second chance! Help Lucky Dog Animal Rescue continue to find their rescues forever homes! Assist the animal rescue by being a leash handler and educating potential adopters about all the fun things that come with a Lucky Dog! The rescue is also asking for volunteers to assist with drop-offs and pickups to and from the event.

The Neighbor Project's goal is to support the preservation of the Manassas Museum through program and events that create different meaningful experiences and engage the community. Volunteers will assist the museum with events, welcoming visitors, and supporting the staff. The event will run in three sessions throughout the day:
· Morning: 8AM-12PM
· Midday: 12-3PM
· Afternoon: 3-6PM
