Weekly Happenings

April 10, 2026

Greetings, Prince William!  We hope you've had a great week and are gearing up for the weekend ahead. We are excited to introduce you to a non-profit in this area with an urgent need for roughly 30 volunteers on April 18th!

·   Please consider joining Anything's PAWSible on April 18 to volunteer at their 4th Annual Festival and 5K. The event will be held on the Manassas Museum Lawn located at 9101 Prince William Street, Manassas 20110. Volunteers aged 15+ can help set up and support the 5K runners, set up the festival, help with festival support and assist with cleanup after the event. It's a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors while helping this organization raise funds to assist children with special needs in obtaining service dogs! Sign up or learn more here: https://bit.ly/41MFrwc

·   Prince William County Parks & Recreation operates a 4,400+ acre park system comprised of 81 properties and 60+ trail miles. They often have outdoor volunteer needs to ensure these 81 properties and 60+ trail miles stay ready for the community to enjoy!
