Who We Are
The purpose of the MVES PTO is to support the education of children at Mountain View Elementary School by fostering relationships between the school staff, parents, and teachers. Our hope in supporting the education of our children is to see advancement of children physically, mentally, and socially.
What We Do
The MVES PTO, Inc. was incorporated with the Commonwealth of Virginia on July x, 2012. The MVES PTO, Inc. exists as a not-for-profit, tax-free, incorporated entity. The corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for the enhancement of the educational experience for the students, teachers, staff, and parents of Mountain View Elementary School. The MVES PTO, Inc. will operate within the definition of 509 {a) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Specifically, the corporation is organized to support the education of children at Mountain View Elementary by fostering relationships between the school, parent, and teachers.
