Who We Are
Our Mission includes providing food, clothing, items for shelter and contacts for social services for the local homeless residing in non-traditional housing in the Dale City area.
We focus on providing information for self sufficiency and help our clients to that stage the best way we know how, thru other organizations and networking with other outreaches.
What We Do
The Dale City Civic Association-Homeless Outreach Program is a homeless outreach program that helps the homeless community in the Dale City/Woodbridge Area
