Back to School supplies. In August every year, school supplies are collected for area elementary schools.
Operation Christmas Child. In October, we collect shoeboxes filled with gifts to be sent to needy children.

What We Do
Old Bridge United Methodist Church is a diverse congregation, united in a commitment to becoming ever more faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. We know that God is filled with mercy and love for all people. As a congregation we seek to be a welcoming home for all who seek a relationship with Christ wherever they may be on their faith journey. As servants of the living God, our members seek to lead lives of faithfulness, humility, hope, and love. Through our missions and our ministries, we show the love of God to members of Old Bridge United Methodist Church and to our community.
As a congregation, we intentionally commit to energetic, inspirational, passionate and joyous worship of our Lord that will guide, excite and motivate us, enable and empower us to:
Welcome and embrace all those who come through our doors
-
Share the love of Jesus Christ, in all we say and all we do, as people redeemed by the free gift of God’s grace
-
Draw nearer to God through the power of prayer and study of the Bible
-
Feed, nurture and sustain the spiritual growth of our congregation
-
Plant, cultivate and grow our outreach and mission programs
-
Create and strengthen small groups (such as Sunday School, Bible Study, Children, Youth and Adult Ministries, Music Programs, Mission Programs, Fellowship Groups)
-
Prepare ourselves to serve as the hands and feet of Christ
-
Build relationships and connect through Christian fellowship with our church family and our community
-
Inspire and teach others to be good and faithful stewards of all that God has entrusted to our care
-
Intentionally seek opportunities to make disciples for Jesus Christ to further the Kingdom
As members of Old Bridge United Methodist Church, we faithfully proclaim Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We worship and fellowship together so that we will grow in our personal faith, lead an enriched Christian life, and better serve others. We support the church and its ministries with our prayers, presence, gifts, and service. We strive to embody in word and deed the love of God in all that we do as His disciples in this world. Together, growing in Christ, we seek to serve God, making a difference in our lives and those around us.
