A Few Good MENtors, Inc.

A Few Good MENtors, Inc. (AFGM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Northern Virginia that empowers young people ages 8–21 through mentoring, leadership development, and life skills education. We connect caring volunteers with youth to help build confidence, character, and brighter futures while strengthening families and communities.

A Few Good MENtors, Inc. provides a structured 9-month mentoring program for youth ages 8–21 that combines one-on-one mentoring, group activities, leadership development, and life skills education. Through monthly topics, community service, and positive role models, participants build confidence, strengthen character, develop career and leadership skills, improve financial awareness, and learn the value of giving back. Volunteers serve as mentors, event volunteers, speakers, and program supporters, helping shape the next generation of leaders.
