Our goal is to empower individuals involved in our programs by providing them educational opportunities, available resources, and training necessary to break the cycles of poverty and emotional instability. We provide stimulating programs that foster personal growth as well as build strong relationships within the community. We offer the following programs: Career Development, Administrative Certification, Customer Service Certification, Parenting Education, and Mentorship.
What We Do
Joyce Carelock Ministries focus is helping, educating, and loving people best known as H.E.L.P. The goal of the H.E.L.P. Center is to empower individuals involved in our programs by providing educational opportunities, resources, and training. JCM offers the following programs: Career Development, Customer Service Certificate, Administrative Certificate, Parenting Education Training, and Mentorship. Through these programs, they foster personal growth as well as build relationships in the community.
