Advocates for Abused and Abandoned Pets (A3P)

We are an all volunteer, eclectic group of animal lovers who believe that pets are family and deserve to remain in their homes for life.  We are driven by passion, and compassion, to rescue and place as many pets as possible with the right family.  We never adopt a pet out just to increase our statistics; we also never kill or transfer pets to other rescues due to space or illness.  Our team is dedicated to the health and well-being of every pet in our care.

First and foremost our goal is to place pets in the forever home(s) regardless of how long it takes. While pet adoptions is our primary goal, we believe it does take a community of "advocates" to help adopters understand that pets are family and to offer services to ensure that. 

"Pets for Life" is the backbone of everything HSNV/A3P does.  To assist with this, we offer periodic low cost vaccine (and other services) clinics, "Pets 4 Life" Humane Education Summer Camps, provide resources for lost pets and rehoming requests, and conduct/assist with Trap, Neuter and Return (TNR) when resources are available.
