Who We Are
Hospice Support of Fauquier County is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing non-medical support, bereavement counseling, and durable medical equipment. Hospice Support is located in Warrenton, Virginia and provides support in Fauquier and the surrounding counties.
What We Do
Services we provide:
- Thoroughly trained non-medical volunteers to support individuals and their families with advanced disease or limiting illnesses
- Individual and group bereavement counseling by licensed professionals and other peer support people
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is available to the community at no cost. The range of items include wheelchairs, walkers, continence products, hospital beds as available
