Volunteer: Marketing Volunteers

Astar is currently seeking volunteers to help us spread the word about Astar's various educational programs!  Duties will include distributing flyers throughout the community (local homes, libraries, grocery stores and more) and help with marketing events including community festivals and tables at local businesses & malls.

Volunteers must have their own transportation and be willing to drive their own car as needed to local neighborhoods in Manassas, Manassas Park, Gainesville and Haymarket.

Flexible schedules are available based on your availability!

Astar is seeking bilingual Spanish speaking volunteers to help with various office tasks and assist with needs of potential students!  Volunteers will help with the following:

-Updating Spanish versions of social media accounts
-Answering phone calls from Spanish speakers
-Addressing questions from current students 
-Drafting announcements and flyers in Spanish
-Proofreading marketing materials
-Basic filing & data entry
-Other basic translation as needed
