Community Litter Cleanup

We're bringing back our Community Litter Cleanups! Please read the whole description below so you understand what changes we're making to our cleanups to make them safe and fun for all volunteers:

For our first litter cleanup of the summer, we are partnering with Potomac Community Library. The Library will serve as our check-in location, and the cleanup will focus on the surrounding public roads and spaces.


We want to make sure this is a safe and fun event, so we are holding two cleanup check-in times: 10:00am, and 10:30am This ensures we have a staggered sign-in period to minimize contact with other volunteers. Each time slot is limited to 10 volunteers, and masks are required at check-in. KPWB will provide clean and sanitized supplies to all volunteers, including trash bags, gloves, safety vests, and litter pickers. Potomac Community Llibrary will be providing a thank-you gift to all volunteers.
