SERVE is looking for volunteer groups of up to 6 to prepare and serve Breakfast or Lunch to the 92 residents of SERVE's Family Care Shelter on Memorial Day. Serving time for Breakfast is 8am, Lunch is served at 12pm. Meals may be brought in or prepared on-site in our fully equipped kitchen. A charcoal grill is also on site if you want to do a cookout! Volunteers must supply all food ingredients for the meal. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old (ages 12 thru 17 welcome, but must volunteer with a responsible adult). Prior experience with meals helpful but not required. Volunteers will feel great knowing they are providing an All-American meal to a vulnerable population on this important holiday.
