The 2026 Bluebell Festival is on Sunday, March 29th at Merrimac Farms WMA. We are looking for volunteers to assist with several roles on the day of to keep things running smoothly:
Set-up Volunteer (8:30 AM to 10:30 AM) - Assist with misc. set up tasks, assist all exhibitors with table set-up
Parking Volunteer (AM - 930 AM to 1230 PM or PM - 1230 PM to 3 PM) - Lead cars to parking, check for empty spots, keep traffic flowing
Welcome Volunteer (PM - 1230 PM to 3 PM) - Welcome visitors at all entrances to the festival, give directions when asked
PWCA Tabling Volunteer (PM - 1230 PM to 3 PM) - Sit at PWCA’s table, explain our programs and efforts to visitors, share about the email newsletter and volunteer opportunities, process donations
Roaming Volunteer (AM - 10 AM to 1230 PM or PM - 1230 PM to 3 PM) - Assist other volunteers when needed, get water and snacks for volunteers, empty trash cans, and replace bags when needed
Tour Announcer (AM - 10 AM to 1230 PM or PM - 1230 PM to 3 PM) - Stand at the starting point of tours and give regular updates to the crowd with a megaphone. Give a 5-minute heads up and departure calls, introduce tours and tour guides to those gather.
