Mondays for 7 weeks + self study or 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm First Virtual class is October 4th -Nov 15th 2021
We reach hundreds of clients with our financial education seminars and one-on-one financial counseling and coaching. Your financial background and expertise could benefit others in our community.

Training Details:
- Complete a volunteer application, and interview process
- Master Financial Educator Certification upon completion of 24 hours training and an additional 26 hours of volunteer commitment
- Registration once accepted: $75 includes training materials, Logo polo Shirt and Background check
- Topics include: Debt Management, Spending Plans, Identity Theft, Savings Strategies, Coaching and Listening Skills, Virginia Cooperative Extension policies, and more!

- Looking for volunteers prepared to give 24 hours to the training and then 26 more hours over the next year educating or working with our clients.
- Additional HUD Certification beyond the MFEV class allows you to do 1-1 financial coaching
