Information Session to find out about becoming a child advocate.
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) make a difference in abused and neglected children's lives. Children with a CASA are less likely to re-enter the foster care system, less likely to be re-abused, more likely to receive necessary services and more likely to be adopted than children without a CASA.
The first step to becoming a CASA volunteer is to attend an Information Session. There, you will have the opportunity to hear from our CASA staff about advocating for neglected/abused children in our communities. This is an ideal way to get all of your questions answered prior to submitting an application to our program.
