ComicWorx is the place where fandom and art collide for one day only! Featuring celebrity guests, workshops, performances, vendors and so much more on the Workhouse Arts Center campus. Event takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, event hours: 9AM to 5PM; volunteer shifts 6AM-6PM.
We are in need of volunteers to help with set-up, take-down, ticket taking, wayfinding, registration, vendor assistance, guest escorts, prop checks, etc. Activities will take place BOTH indoors and outdoors, and shifts will be assigned based on need the week before the event.
Volunteers will need to be able to be on their feet for long periods of time and are not allowed to wear costumes. Dressing sensibly for the weather with comfortable shoes is a must. Refreshments and breaks will be provided, and volunteers will be allowed admission into the event when they are not working.
Volunteers must be 16 or older. Volunteers under 16 can volunteer with a parent or guardian.
