INSTRUCTOR:  Provide quality delivery of assigned courses using the appropriate method including teaching, tutoring, and lecturing in compliance with Saved Hands Foundation policies, procedures, and regulatory/legal requirements. Responsible for administration of an assigned course of study by planning, overseeing, and evaluating the activities of individuals in the assigned program.  Primary Duties:   Select and utilize a variety of approved course materials and teaching methods - using lectures, demonstrations, hands on PC training, discussion groups, sessions and seminars - to insure the needs of the individuals are met in the program.

EXECUTIVE  ASSISTANT:  The duties include but not limited to:  Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.  Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.  Produce information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.   Previous administrative experience is essential.

GRANT WRITER:  We are seeking a Grant Writer to assist in soliciting funds that will allow us broaden our services and assist more people gain skills and get jobs.  The Grant Writer will also be responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundations and corporate sources.  Perform research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM MANAGER: Volunteer Program Manager to supervise volunteers and provide direction, coordination, and consultation for all volunteer functions within Saved Hands Foundation.  These duties will be used to strengthen public or private programs; Involve a community of supporters as well as manage the Volunteer Office while working in an environment with numerous interruptions throughout the day.  The individual must have job related experience, such as working in a nonprofit organization, managing volunteer programs, leading teams and/or organizations.  This individual must have the ability to work well with a diverse group of staff and volunteers.  As well as the willingness to adjust hours to accommodate the needs of the Corporation to effectively manage a wide array of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
