Volunteer: Bingo VolunteerMonday Evening: Doors Open at 5:00 pm, Bingo is 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm Description Bingo games are conducted as our main fundraiser every Monday evening. Our doors open at 5:00 pm to begin processing players into the building. Our games start at 7:00 pm, and end around 10:00 pm. There are a number of volunteers needed to operate the Bingo games. No one has to volunteer at every Monday night. Any available time helps with this large and busy fundraising event. Volunteer: Eyeglass RecylingIn October, 2007 the Park West Lions Club became a satellite eyeglass recycling location for the Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center of Northern Virginia (LERCNOVA). Since that time, we have processed and recycled over 88,000 pairs of eyeglasses and turned them into LERCNOVA for distribution to needy individuals around the world. Our recycling program is currently conducted on Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm. Anyone interested in participating in our recycling program can contact Lion Evelyn at 703 969-2722.
