Established in 1979, CFH empowers individuals and families through a continuum of services to create a safe affordable home in which everyone has the opportunity to thrive and reach their potential.
What We Do
CFH provides a Continuum of Housing serving households with incomes ranging from extremely low to moderate incomes. The CFH Continuum of Housing administers the following housing opportunities:
